Your profile:

  • Completed degree in natural sciences, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or similar (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Ideally, professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or completed training as a laboratory technician, followed by several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical field
  • Preferably experience in instrumental analytics (e.g. HPLC) or in the manufacture of sterile pharmaceuticals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, high reliability, commitment, and team spirit
  • Very good German and good English language skills, spoken and written
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Development/Project Management department in all relevant tasks, independently managing customer projects (new and existing customers), and serving as the first point of contact in constant communication with our clients
  • Supporting the implementation of new products up to routine manufacturing
  • Supporting all departments with internal projects
  • Handling challenges arising in routine operations and taking care of optimization projects
  • Preparing and processing GMP-relevant documents and supporting quality assurance measures
  • Planning product manufacturing on a development scale and assisting with the evaluation and assessment of results
  • Planning product studies according to customer requirements, supporting the evaluation and assessment of results, and independently preparing development-related plans and reports in English

General conditions:
Fixed-term employment contract for 12 months with the prospect of a permanent position, part-time or full-time possible. Salary to be discussed. According to pay scale classification.
