HR Administrator with focus on preparatory payroll, full-time (m/f/d)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in human resources (e.g. certified HR specialist)
  • Experience in human resources, especially in preparatory payroll, is required
  • Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of structured, accurate work
  • Knowledge of income tax and social security law is desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with a payroll system is an advantage
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and discretion

Your responsibilities:

As part of our HR team, you will mainly be responsible for preparatory payroll and provide support with other HR administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Independent entry and maintenance of payroll-relevant data
  • Preparation and review of the monthly payroll in cooperation with our external service provider
  • Processing of employee entries, exits, and contract changes
  • Maintenance of employee master data and, if applicable, digital personnel files
  • Point of contact for employees regarding income tax and social security matters (in cooperation with the service provider)
  • Support with cross-team tasks within the HR department and taking on substitution tasks, such as creating and publishing job postings and conducting interviews
  • Conducting employee meetings (e.g. workplace reintegration management)
  • Correspondence with external parties such as authorities, consultants, agencies, schools, universities, company doctor, HR service providers, and social security institutions
  • Scheduling appointments with and for employees (first-aid training, company doctor, eye tests, etc.)

General conditions:
Employment initially limited to 12 months with the prospect of a permanent contract, full-time with 40 hours per week. Salary to be discussed according to pay scale. According to pay scale classification.
